DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

In connection with the Annual General Meeting of

Bouvet ASA to be held May 20th 2014, Åge Danielsen,

Chairman of the Board of Directors, has received

proxy based voting rights for 1523907 shares,

representing 14.87 per cent of the votes in the

company. The proxies are given without voting

instructions and are valid only for the Annual

General Meeting May 20th 2014.
