PROTOCOL FROM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting in Bouvet ASA was held on

20th May 2014. The meeting adopted all items as

proposed. The protocol is enclosed.

A dividend of NOK 6.00 per share will be paid to the

company's shareholders per the date of the Annual

General Meeting, 20th May 2014. The shares will be

noted ex-dividend from 21st of May 2014. Pay-out date

for the dividend will be 3rd of June 2014.
