XXL ASA Announcement of terms in the Initial Public

Offering

In conjunction with the announced Intention to Float

published on 9 September 2014, XXL ASA (XXL or

the Company) has resolved to launch an initial

public offering (the Offer or the IPO). Subject

to approval of the listing application and successful

completion of the Offer, the shares of XXL will be

admitted to trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange on 8

October 2014 under the ticker XXL (subject to an

extension or shortening of the Offer period).
