Bouvet ASA has on October 22nd 2014 purchased 160.000
own shares at an average price of NOK 80.00 per share.
After the transaction Bouvet ASA holds 179.356 own
shares. The transaction was carried out as a part of
the share incentive program for employees and is
based on authorization given by the company's Annual
General Meeting 20th of May 2014.
