Nickel Mountain Group AB (NMG) - mandatory notification of trade

Strata Marine & Offshore AS ("Strata") has subscribed

for and on 7 November 2014 been allocated 30,000,000

new shares at a price of NOK 1 per share in the

rights issue of NMG. Strata will thereby increase its

holding in NMG from 6,579,580 shares to 36,579,580

shares.

The total number of shares in NMG after completion of

the Rights Issue is 90,809,360. Consequently, Strata

will after the Rights Issue hold 40.28 % of the total

number of shares and votes in NMG, and Strata has

therefore passed the mandatory offer threshold.

Strata intends, in accordance with relevant

regulations, to divest minimum such number of shares

as exceeds the mandatory offer threshold within four

weeks of crossing the threshold.

Martin Nes is the chairman of the Board of Directors

of NMG, and Mr. Nes is also a member of the Board of

Directors of Strata. Board member Jan Frode Andersen

is an investment director in Strata.
