Geveran Trading Co Ltd, which is indirectly

controlled by trusts established by John Fredriksen

for the benefit of his immediate family, has extended

TRS agreements relating to 7.000.000 shares in

Marine Harvest ASA. The new expiration of the TRS

agreements is March 3rd 2015. The exercise price

on the agreements is NOK 103.7184 per share. Geveran

Trading's affiliated ownership in Marine Harvest ASA

is following this transaction unchanged 117.351.603

shares, constituting 28.60 percent of the issued

share capital.

In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with

a net exposure to 7.000.000 shares in Marine Harvest

ASA
