Schibsted ASA (SCH) - Mandatory Notification of Trade - Employee Share Saving Plan

Schibsted ASA has on 18 May 2015 sold and transferred 6,112 treasury shares to

participants in the Employee Share Saving Plan at a price of NOK 479.60 per

share (the closing price 13 May 2015). The transaction is in relation to the

first enrolment window in the Employee Share Saving Plan for 2015.

After the transfer, Schibsted ASA owns 565,204 treasury shares.

Shares sold and transferred to primary insider employees are disclosed in the

attachment.
