controlled by trusts established by John Fredriksen

for the benefit of his immediate family, has on 7

September 2015 extended TRS agreements relating to

3.000.000 shares in Marine Harvest ASA. The new

expiration of the TRS agreements is December 7th

2015. The exercise price on the agreements is NOK

96.6611 per share. Geveran Trading's affiliated

ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is following this

transaction unchanged 117.351.603 shares,

constituting 26,07 percent of the issued share

capital.

a net exposure to 3.000.000 shares in Marine Harvest
