160.000 own shares at an average price of NOK 93.00
per share.
After the transaction Bouvet ASA holds 179.576 own
shares. The transaction was carried out as a part
of the share incentive program for employees and is
based on authorization given by the company's Annual
General Meeting 19th of May 2015.
