Funds managed by Luxor Capital Group, LP ("LCG") has

today sold 60,018 class A shares in Schibsted ASA. No

single fund managed by LCG has crossed any threshold

as a result of the transaction. Following the

transaction, funds managed by LCG holds 5,025,540

class A shares and 9,459,941 class B shares, in total

14,545,499 shares equal to 6.39 percentage of the

entire issued share capital of Schibsted ASA.

Consequently, funds managed by LCG holds 59,715,341

votes equal to 4.98 percentage of the votes of

Schibsted ASA.
