PRESS RELEASE NMG DATED 2015-11-19

Changes in the management team of Nickel Mountain Group

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Nickel Mountain Group AB (publ.) ("NMG") on 16 October 2015 regarding the acquisition of ALD Abogados S.L. and the new strategy and focus of NMG on debt collection. As announced, NMG also intended to make changes to the management team. With effect from today, Endre Rangnes is appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Johnny Tsolis is appointed as Head of Strategy and Projects.

Torbjörn Ranta will continue in NMG as responsible for the mineral exploration business.
