Axactor signed a strategic contract with Santander Consumer Finance in Spain

Axactor's subsidiary ALD Abogados has signed a contract with Santander Consumer
Finance in Spain for the legal collection area. The first volumes will be
transferred to Axactor end of January, with a ramp up of number of claims during
2016, adding substantial new business.
We are pleased to announce this strategic agreement with Santander Consumer
Finance. This is an important milestone for Axactor/ALD in the Spanish market,
and with the launch of the new collection center on Monday this week we are
prepared to add additional new business volumes to our company.
