Board's approval of final accounts 2015

12. April 2016: The Board of Bouvet ASA has approved

the 2015 Annual Accounts for the Bouvet Group and

the parent company.

The final Annual Accounts are in accordance with the

preliminary accounts for 2015 published on 19th

February 2016, together with the Q4 2015 Interim

Report.

A full Annual Report will be published at the

company's website (www.bouvet.no) and at Oslo Stock

Exchange together with the notice convening the

Annual General Meeting, planned to be held on 12th

May 2016.
