Appointed new Marketing Director

XXL ASA has appointed Ms. Kine Bergseth as the new

Marketing Director in XXL ASA. She will start in her

new position as of 6 June 2016 and be a part of the

management team in XXL ASA from the same date. Prior

to Bergseths appointment at XXL, she served Telia

(NetCom) as Head of marketing. Before that she has

played an important role building the brand and

success of the airline Norwegian and served in several

positions, among these Head of International Branding.

Ms. Bergseth is a Norwegian citizen and resides in

Norway. She owns 101 shares in XXL ASA including

ownership of closely related parties.
