Please find attached the Annual Report 2015 from XXL

ASA, including the annual accounts, financial

statements and Board of Directors report. Reference is

made to the stock exchange announcement of 29 March

2016 regarding the settlement of a tax claim. There is

a deviation from the Q4 2016 report according to this.

The income tax expenses have increased with NOK 38

million to NOK 179 million for 2015 and the net income

is reduced to NOK 427 million for 2015.
