Bouvet ASA has on August 25th 2016 purchased
120.000 own shares at an average price of NOK 119.50
per share.
After the transaction Bouvet ASA holds 151.317 own
shares. The transaction was carried out as a part
of the share incentive program for employees and is
based on authorization given by the company's Annual
General Meeting 12th of May 2016.
