NOTIFIED TO CONSOB THE UPDATE
OF THE KID RELATING TO THE "CLOUDIA 2023-2025 WARRANTS"
Milan, 27 December 2024. The Board of Directors of Cloudia Research S.p.A., Innovative SME active in the digital transformation sector with a specialised offering in the areas of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Cloud and AI ('Cloudia Research' or the 'Company'), listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that it has notified today to the competent offices of Consob the update of the Key Information Document or "KID" (Key Information Document) relating to the Warrants issued by the company, called "Warrant Cloudia Research 2023 – 2025" - ISIN code IT0005576670, as provided for by Article 4-decies of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (Consolidated Law on Finance) with reference to PRIIPs (Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products), as per EU Regulation no.1286/2014.
The KID is a summary and standardised information document prepared with the aim of representing the characteristics of the product in an easily accessible and comprehensible manner for the investor based on the European Regulation on PRIIPs (retail investment products and packaged insurance products), to allow comparability between different products and increase the transparency of information on these instruments.
The KID and the Warrant Regulations are available at the registered office and on the website www.cloudiaresearch.com, in the "Investor Relations" section. These documents are made available pursuant to a legal obligation arising from the Issuer's status on Euronext Growth Milan.
The Company reserves the right to supplement and/or amend the published KID also based on any guidelines that may subsequently be made known by the competent Supervisory Authorities
