Bouvet Stockholm AB acquires Ciber Sweden

Oslo, September 19, 2016 - Bouvet Stockholm AB has entered into an agreement with

Ciber, Inc. (Consultants In Business, Engineering and Research Sweden AB), on taking

over 31 employees from Ciber Sweden. As part of the deal, Bouvet will enter into Ciber

´s assignments in Sweden to ensure a seamless transition for the clients concerned.

The agreement is expected to come into force during September 2016.

Executive Officer Jonna Nordén. "Together Ciber and Bouvet have a strong client base

and have matching competencies and culture. This will strengthen our delivery capacity

for development of digital solutions in Stockholm".

Chief executive Sverre Hurum in Bouvet ASA says this acquisition is in line with our

commitments in Sweden. "We're building expertise in Scandinavia, and give weight to

understanding the language, culture and business of our clients. That makes a strong

local presence important."

Bouvet Sverige serves clients in Stockholm, Malmø and Örebro. This acquisition will give

Bouvet approx. 100 employees based in Sweden.
