ACQUISITION OF ALTOR GROUP SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED

Oslo, 30 September 2016 - Reference is made to the announcement

by Axactor AB (publ) ("Axactor") on 30 September 2016 concerning

the acquisition of the Altor Group, a leading independent debt

purchase/debt collection company in the German market.

The Company is pleased to announce that on 30 September 2016, the

acquisition was successfully completed. As part of the completion procedure

Axactor has paid EUR 17,7m to the sellers for 100% of the shares in Altor

Group.

Axactor would like to invite the investors to a luncheon presentation at

Hotel Continental in Oslo on Tuesday October 4th at 11.30 to give more

detail about the transaction as well as a general update about Axactor and

the market.

The presentation will also be made available on the Company's web site and

through Oslo Børs' Newsweb prior to the event.
