Board's approval of final accounts 2016

6. April 2017: The Board of Bouvet ASA has approved the 2016 Annual

Accounts for the Bouvet Group and the parent company.

The final Annual Accounts are in accordance with the preliminary

accounts for 2016 published on 17th February 2017, together with the

Q4 2016 Interim Report.

A full Annual Report will be published at the company's website

(www.bouvet.no) and at Oslo Stock Exchange together with the notice

convening the Annual General Meeting, planned to be held on 23rd May
