Approved annual accounts 2016
The Board of Directors of AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has on April
6 2017 approved the annual accounts for 2016. Profit before tax
tax was NOK 1 040 million. Tax expense was NOK 253 million
and annual profit was NOK 787 million.
Due to the group's strong financial position, The Board of
Directors will as previously communicated propose to the
General Meeting a dividend payment of NOK 5.00 per share for the
the first half-year, of which NOK 1.25 per share is related
to distribution of excess capital.
