AF to build for OBOS in Fredrikstad
AF Gruppen (AFG) has been selected by OBOS in Fredrikstad as
turnkey contractor to build Vestre Langøyåsen stage 2 at
Kråkerøy in Fredrikstad. The project comprises 48
residential units, some terraced and others in rows. The
overall gross area is approx. 4,700 m2.
Work is scheduled to start in June 2017, and the final
section will be handed over in January 2019.
The contract is valued at NOK 102 million, excluding VAT.
