Please find attached the Annual Report 2016 from XXL ASA,

including the annual accounts, financial statements and

Board of Directors report. There is a deviation from the Q4

2016 report regarding the income tax expenses that have

decreased by NOK 15 million to NOK 126 million for 2016. The

effective tax rate for 2016 was 19.7 per cent and the net

income for 2016 increased to NOK 516 million.
