LAB Entreprenør to build 59 apartments at Skjoldnes in Bergen

LAB Entreprenør AS, a company in AF Gruppen (AFG), has entered an

agreement with Skjoldnes Utvikling AS to build 59 apartments at

Skjoldnes in Bergen municipality.

The residential project is located by Nordåsvannet and primarily

consists of large high-end apartments. The project consists of six

buildings that will be joined together through two different

underground parking garages. The buildings which will have a direct

view towards Troldhaugen will be constructed with natural facade

materials of high quality, which will give a discreet and exclusive

impression. External facilities include a tennis court, a carp pond

and nature trails.

The turnkey contract is valued at approx. NOK 254 million, excluding

VAT. Work starts in October 2017 and is scheduled for completion in

October 2019.
