AF Gruppen to build apartments in Gothenburg

On behalf of Framtiden Byggutveckling, AF Gruppen will build an

apartment building with 75 units at Kortedala Torg in Gothenburg.

The high-rise with rental apartments will be built at Kortedala

Torg's north-eastern part, and will comprise 16 storeys.

The project will be a turnkey contract with a value of approx. SEK

100 million. Building is scheduled to commence in Q1 2018.
