Bouvet ASA has on May 19th 2017 purchased 40.000 own shares at an
average price of NOK 157.50 per share.
After the transaction Bouvet ASA holds 138.682 own shares. The
transaction was carried out as a part of the share incentive program
for employees and is based on authorization given by the company's
Annual General Meeting 12th of May 2016.
