Options issued
The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued 3,325,000 new
share options to 1,536 employees in 2017, in accordance with the
Power of Attorney given by the General Meeting on May 12 2017. The
strike price for the options is NOK 153.21 and the options may be
exercised in 2020.
Total outstanding options are after this issue 3,325,000.
