Strøm Gundersen Vestfold to build Nye Kilen Brygge BT1 in Sandefjord

Strøm Gundersen Vestfold AS, where AF Gruppen is majority owner,

has been chosen as contractor to build the apartment project Nye

Kilen Brygge BT1 in Sandefjord. The Client is Kilen Utbygging 2 AS,

which is owned by AF Gruppen in partnership with Miliarium AS.

The contract comprises planning and construction of 80 apartments

with underground parking, landscaping and boardwalk. The contract

will be carried out as a collaborative design and build contract

and is valued at NOK 224 million, excluding VAT.

Sales of the apartments has already started, and construction is

expected to start in Q1 2018.
