AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has issued 778,888 shares as a private
placement to employees at the company, according to public
announcement 12.10.2017. The subscription price is NOK 115.80 per
share.
The share issue has increased the share capital in AF Gruppen ASA by
NOK 38,944.40 to NOK 4,898,050. The total number of shares
outstanding after this share issue is 97,961,000.
