Multiconsult ASA - Repurchase of own shares

On 13 November 2017, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 3 520 of its

own shares at an average price of NOK 79.78 per share. The shares were purchased

in accordance with the Company's share repurchase programme as announced on 22

September 2017. The shares were acquired on Oslo Børs.

Following this transaction Multiconsult holds 131 048 of its own shares.
