AF Gruppen builds sports hall in Lerum

AF Gruppen and Lerum Municipality have signed a contract for the construction of a new sports centre with underlying parking garage in the Dergården area of Lerum outside Gothenburg.

The sports centre is to be built over two floors and will contain two halls that can be converted into one larger hall with the capacity to accommodate 1,000 spectators.

The project is being carried out as a turnkey contract with partnering as the implementation form, and an agreement on implementation phase 2 has now been concluded between AF Gruppen and Lerum Municipality.

The building comprises a total of approximately 8,200 m2 and the order value amounts to approximately SEK 135 million. Construction starts in December 2017. The aim is that the entire sports centre will be completed in the spring of 2019.
