Multiconsult ASA -  repurchase of own shares  and completed share repurchase programme

On 29 November 2017, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 2 500 of its

own shares at an average price of NOK 70.94 per share. The shares were purchased

on Oslo Børs and in accordance with the share repurchase programme as announced

on 22 September 2017.

As a result the share repurchase programme is completed. Multiconsult purchased

a total of 140 882 shares at an average price of NOK 83.07 per share through the

share repurchase programme.

Following this transaction Multiconsult holds 439 796 of its own shares.
