Please find attached the Annual Report 2017 from XXL ASA, including the annual accounts, financial statements and Board of Directors report. There is a deviation from the Q4 2017 report regarding the income tax expenses that have decreased by NOK 12 million to NOK 114 million for 2017. The effective tax rate for 2017 was 18.2 per cent and the net income for 2017 increased to NOK 512 million.
