LAB Entreprenør to build 129 apartments in Bergen

LAB Entreprenør, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen (AFG), has entered into a contract with Profier AS to build a residential project at Skiparviken in Fana district outside Bergen city centre.

Skiparviken is a residential project developed in partnership between LAB Entreprenør and Profier, and is aimed at home buyers in Bergen and the surrounding area.

The contract concerns two sites that are being developed continuously and involves building 129 apartments in 10 buildings with a subterranean parking facility.

The project is a design and build contract with a contract value of approximately NOK 324 million excluding VAT.

Construction is scheduled to start in Q3 2018, with completion expected for Q2 2021.

Sufficient advance sales have been achieved with regard to starting building.
