Strøm Gundersen Vestfold to build 47 apartments at Nøtterøy

Strøm Gundersen Vestfold, of which AF Gruppen is majority owner, has been chosen as contractor to build the apartment project Signaturhagen at Nøtterøy. The client is Signaturhagen Nøtterøy AS.

The contract comprises planning and construction of 47 apartments with underground parking, conservatory, common areas and outdoor work.

The contract will be carried out as a collaborative design and build contract and is valued at NOK 125 million, excluding VAT.

Sale of the apartments has already begun. Expected construction start is Q3 2018.
