Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements concerning programs of restricted share units for employees in XXL ASA.

According to the programs, dividends will be reinvested into new restricted share units. Dividend of NOK 2.00 per share was paid out today, Tuesday 3 July 2018. In total 7,789 restricted share units will be allocated to employees.

The following primary insider has been allocated restricted share units according to the above and has, after this, the following number of shares and restricted share units in XXL ASA:

- Karoline Gjerde, E-commerce Director, has been allocated 139 restricted share units. Following this, she holds 4,816 restricted share units in XXL ASA including ownership of closely related parties.
