AF Gruppen sells two completed commercial buildings in Hasle
Hasle Linje Næring DA has entered into an agreement to sell its properties at Bøkkerveien 5 and Haslevangen 16 in the Hasle area of Oslo to Höegh Eiendom. Höegh Eiendom owns 49.5% of Hasle Linje Næring DA, while AF Gruppen also owns 49.5% and the remaining 1% is owned by Vind AS.
Bøkkerveien 5 is an office building covering an area of 15,144 sqm GFA. The main tenant in the building is Securitas, who moved in during Q1 of 2018. The transaction values the building at NOK 610 million.
Haslevangen 16 is a school covering an area of 3,011 sqm GFA, and the tenant is Wang Ung. The school is currently filled with expectant pupils. The transaction values the building at NOK 135 million.
Both buildings have been completed by AF Gruppen.
The transactions will complete in the middle of Q3 of 2018 in the case of Bøkkerveien 5 and in the middle of Q4 of 2018 for Haslevangen 16.
AF Gruppen and Höegh Eiendom will continue to cooperate on the development of the remaining 58,000 sqm GFA commercial property in Hasle.
