Share purchase by Marine Harvest shareholder elected Board members

With reference to stock notice of 9 May 2018 and partly remuneration of

shareholder elected Board members in the form of shares.

All shareholder elected Board members of Marine Harvest have today purchased

shares in the company as set forth below. The share purchases are pursuant to

the recommendation from the Nomination Committee given to the General Assembly

30 May 2018.

The Nomination Committee is of the view that Directors on the Board of Marine

Harvest should be encouraged to invest in shares in the company, which is also

in line with the Norwegian Corporate Governance Code. Accordingly, all seven

shareholder elected Board members have purchased shares for the equivalent NOK

60,042 each, in total NOK 420,295. The shares were purchased at market price at

NOK 180.85 per share, equivalent to 332 shares each, and 2,324 shares in total.

The employee-elected members of the Board are entitled to participate in the

annual share purchase program for employees, see note 14 in the Annual Report.

Following the share purchases, the shareholder elected Board members hold the

following number of shares in Marine Harvest:
