Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - Mandatory notification of trade

Sondre Gravir, sold on 18 September 2018 8,456 B-shares in Schibsted ASA at a

price of NOK 303.70 per share. After the transaction, Gravir holds 4,577 A-

shares and 5,480 B-shares in Schibsted ASA. The purpose of the sale is to free

up liquidity for an investment in the private equity owned SATS Group, in which

Gravir is appointed CEO.
