AF Gruppen to build modern retirement homes in Gothenburg

AF Gruppen has signed an agreement with Stena Fastigheter to build a retirement development with 90 modern apartments in Ekebäckshöjd in the Högsbo district of the city.

The property will also include a grocery, a gym and assisted accommodation for young people. The total area is 8,500 square metres.

The contract is worth approximately SEK 200 million and the project is being performed as a turnkey contract in collaboration.

AF Gruppen will use its modern digital tools and lean processes to implement an efficient construction project of high quality.

Groundwork has started and construction is planned to begin in the first quarter of 2019. It is anticipated that the building will be ready to move into at the start of 2021.
