The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued 175,000 new share options to 134 employees in 2018, in accordance with the Power of Attorney given by the General Meeting on May 12, 2017. The options may be exercised in 2020. The strike price for the options will be NOK 153.21 adjusted for dividends that exceeds 50 percent of earnings per share from June 2017 until exercising in 2020.
Total outstanding options are after this issue 3,439,143.
