AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has issued 189,723 shares as a private placement to the sellers of Helgesen Tekniske Bygg AS, according to public announcement 30.10.2018. The subscription price is NOK 126.50 per share.
The share issue has increased the share capital in AF Gruppen ASA by NOK 9,486.15 to NOK 4,950,458.95. The total number of shares outstanding after this share issue is 99,009,179.
