LAB Entreprenør to build 65 apartments in Bergen

LAB Entreprenør AS, a company in AF Gruppen (AFG), has entered into an agreement with Skjoldnes Utvikling AS regarding the construction of 65 apartments at Skjoldnes in Bergen municipality.

The construction project is located at Lake Nordåsvannet and is construction stage 2 in the development at Skjoldnes. The project comprises a total of five buildings connected to an underground parking facility. In connection with both construction stages, a costly outdoor facility will be established.

The contract is a turnkey contract with a total value of approx. NOK 140 million, excl. VAT. Construction work will commence in December 2018 with planned completion in September/October 2020.
