Multiconsult ASA: Completed share buyback programme and 2018 employee share purchase programme

On 30 November 2018, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 630 689 of its

own shares at an average price of NOK 67.50 per share. The shares were purchased

through a reverse Dutch auction and in accordance with the share buyback

programme as announced 29 November 2018. As a result, the share buyback

programme is completed.

The shares purchased under this programme are for Multiconsult's 2018 employee

share purchase programme as approved by the ordinary general meeting on 3 May

In total Multiconsult sold 630 689 shares to its employees and after the sale

Multiconsult does not hold any own shares. The transactions were based on a

price of NOK 47.21 per share, which is a 20% discount of the volume-weighted

average share price of NOK 59.01 per share traded on Oslo Børs in the period

between 8 November 2018 - 14 November 2018.
