Significant options exercised for architectural services for the new Drammen hospital to the Multiconsult group

Reference is made to the stock market announcement on 5 December 2017 where

Multiconsult announced three new contracts with Helse Sør-Øst for the new

Drammen hospital. In the contract for architectural services to LINK arkitektur,

together with Ratio arkitekter AS and Bølgeblikk AS as subcontractors, Helse Sør

-Øst RHF has triggered options for detailed design and supervision of the

construction phase. The total value to Multiconsult's subsidiary LINK arkitektur

is estimated to approximately NOK 56 million.

The work will begin late 2018 and is estimated to continue until 2025.

The new hospital in Drammen will be approximately 122 000 m2 and will be a local

hospital for the municipalities Lier, Drammen, Nedre Eiker, Røyken, Hurum, Sande

and Svelvik as well as district hospital for the whole of Vestre Viken. The

hospital is designed to meet the need for specialist health services for a

population of approximately 500 500 inhabitants.

The exercise of the options are subject to formal approval from the board of

directors in Helse Sør-Øst on 31 January 2019. The options will be registered in

the order backlog of LINK arkitektur upon the formal approval.
