AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has issued 736,911 shares as a private placement to the sellers of HMB Holding AB (HMB), according to public announcement 02.01.2019. The subscription price is NOK 130.50 per share.
The share issue has increased the share capital in AF Gruppen ASA by NOK 36,845.55 to NOK 4,987,304.50. The total number of shares outstanding after this share issue is 99,746,090.
