Multiconsult ASA: CEO Christian Nørgaard Madsen resigns from Multiconsult

The CEO of Multiconsult ASA («Multiconsult»), Christian Nørgaard Madsen, has

today resigned with immediate effect. Lars Opsahl, EVP of Regions Norway is, as

of today, appointed acting CEO in Multiconsult until a new, permanent CEO is in

place. The board of directors has after thorough consideration, together with

Mr. Madsen, concluded that the time is right for new forces to take leadership

of the company.

"It has been a privilege to lead Multiconsult since 2012. I am proud of the

development and growth Multiconsult has had in my time. The company has

developed from a pure Norwegian engineering company to a listed company at Oslo

Børs with integrated services of engineers and architects with international

activity, comprising more than 500 employees outside Norway. I would like to

thank all the highly competent and hardworking employees at Multiconsult and I

wish all my colleagues the very best of luck in the future", says Christian

Nørgaard Madsen.

commitment and effort that Mr. Madsen has put in for the company. His

contribution to the group's development has been outstanding", says the Chairman

of the board Mr. Bård Mikkelsen.

The board of directors has initiated the recruitment process for his successor.
