Mowi ASA (OSE: MOWI): Quarterly dividend

The Board of Mowi ASA has resolved on 13 February 2019 to distribute a quarterly

dividend of NOK 2.60 per share in the form of ordinary dividend.

Mowi ASA's shares listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange will be traded including

dividend up until and including 21 February 2019. Mowi ASA's shares listed on

the Oslo Stock Exchange will be traded ex dividend from and including 22

February 2019. Mowi ASA's shares listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange will have a

Record Date on the 25 February 2019. The expected payment date is 4 March 2019.
