Grethe Bergly appointed new CEO of Multiconsult ASA

The board of directors has appointed Grethe Bergly as new Chief Executive

Officer (CEO) of Multiconsult ASA as of 1 March 2019. Acting CEO Lars Opsahl

will return to the position of EVP Regions Norway at the same date.

"We are happy to announce Grethe as the new CEO for the Multiconsult group. With

her experience, expertise and leadership qualities she will make a positive

contribution to the further development of Multiconsult in accordance with the

strategy", says Mr. Bård Mikkelsen, Chairman of the board.

Grethe Bergly has been with Multiconsult since 2002 and has held various

positions in the company.

"I look forward to taking on the challenge of leading Multiconsult and I am

grateful for the confidence the board has given me. Multiconsult has a solid

basis in the skilled workforce and trusted position among our clients. Together

with the executive team I will take on the task to develop the company and

regain a sustainable and profitable base for the company," says Bergly.

Acting CEO Lars Opsahl will return to the position of EVP Regions Norway on 1

March.

being willing to take on the role of acting CEO. A solid company has managers

who stand up when needed, and Lars has to the full extent shown that

Multiconsult has such managers", says Mikkelsen.

Rune Hardersen appointed EVP

Rune Hardersen will take on the position as EVP and Deputy CEO on 1 March 2019,

as a member of the executive management team. Rune comes from the position as

CEO in ÅF Norway AS and member of the group management of the ÅF Group.
