Strøm Gundersen to build Heggedal Torg
Strøm Gundersen AS, in which AF Gruppen is the principal shareholder, has been selected as contractor to build the project Heggedal Torg in Asker. The client is Tandberg Eiendom AS.
The contract comprises construction of 18,900 square meters and includes 60 apartments, commercial premises and basement parking.
The contract is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 368 million, excluding VAT.
Building will commence immediately with completion in two years.
